GPG Key Signing Policy

I'll sign your key if you sign mine. I use certification levels 2 and 3:

• 2 means that I verified the key fingerprint with the owner of the key and that I checked the user ID on the key against a photo ID.
• 3 means that I verified the key fingerprint with the owner of the key in person, that I checked the user ID on the key against a passport, and finally that I verified (by exchange of email) that the email address on the key belongs to the key owner.

This is based on, but slightly stricter than, the example criteria in the documentation.
