GPG Key Signing Policy

I'll sign your key if you sign mine. Certification levels:

0 means I did careful verification of the key. This means that I am confident that the name and email address of the key owner matches the user ID, but that the exact procedure may vary.
3 means I did extensive verification of the key. This means that I verified the key fingerprint with the owner of the key in person, and that I checked, by means of a hard to forge document with a photo ID (such as a passport or Swedish identity document) that the name of the key owner matches the name in the user ID on the key, and finally that I verified (by exchange of email) that the email address on the key belongs to the key owner.
